Jaksche - "Everybody dopes"

Facing a 2 year ban he has said that doping is normal in cycling and that teams encourage their riders to dope.  He has even suggested that deals are made between teams and governing bodies so that riders that are doping can get away with it.

What an a$$!!!  Would he be saying this if he knew that a reduction in his sentence was not a possibility?  I think not.  In my opinion Jaksche should be banned for life, along with any other doper.
