Comments: The wind was kicking pretty strong. At start time, it was sustained at 8, gusting up to 14mph, but it felt even stronger on the front stretch. You could tell a huge difference in everyone's speed tonite because of it. I pushed really hard and turned in a very respectable time despite the strongest winds of any of the races that I've ridden What would you do differently?: Keep doing what I'm doing Post race
Warm down: Took the time to do a few extra laps around the parking lot to stretch out my legs a little better What limited your ability to perform faster: Me Event comments: Had a good time as always--even though I was the lone QCTC representative--AGAIN :) Last updated: 2007-04-08 12:00 AM

Much less stressed this time around. Karen and the kids all stayed home due to the heat, so I had less to get ready. I showed up about 530. Got tires pumped up, cruised over and got my race number on, picked up my PR medal and desposited it in truck.
Had time for about 4 laps, mostly easy with some intervals of race pace
