Subject: How to prepare Hed 3 clinchers
Just ordered a set of Hed 3 wheels.  Question I have is what do I have to do to prep them?  Since there are no spokes do I need to put on rim tape?  I'm thinking I just have to put a casette and tires on and I'm good to go.  Anything else?

Might want to put some tubes in those tires.

Cool

Tubes (the regulsr short-stemmed ones) and tires, some air, and you're ready to go.

I put some Scotch tape over the engraved serial number of my Hed 3, but yours might not be as rough as mine was. Probably not necessary, I just did it out of peace of mind...

My Hed disk needed rim tape so the rear wheel might need it too.  You will know because it will have holes.  Or you can find out the hard way when you inflate the tube like I did
