Work on getting out of wetsuit more. Also look into shortening wetsuit a bit at ankles

Smokin' bike. Just could not get in under 1:00:00. Taped up helmet for aerodynamics...
What would you do differently?:

Maybe try the Neuvation front wheel instead of Mavic Open Pro. Slightly more aero and probably lighter. Might have gotten me the 50 seconds I needed...

Took about 3 miles for me to feel good, recover from the maximal effort on the bike. Also had to stop and retie my shoes in the beginning...

Nothing. This race was all about the bike for me. Happy to see still finished with 20th place in group for run considering it took about 3 miles to recover from bike...
