Pre-race routine:

Put Buddha to sleep the day before, woke up with swollen eyes feeling exhausted, had a pb and banana for bf with tea, cried on the way to the race

I couldn't catch my breath once swimming after the run down to the lake, I couldn't get into the rhythm after starting, I felt better towards the end of the swim.
What would you do differently?:

a lot- but not much I can control! Need to practice running before and after swimming

You know I cried on the run for Buddha, I had a bad race altogether, but mostly the run was awful!
