Thank you to whoever that was that I was able to pace off of- she was awesome, we stayed together the entire time- it was great and it helped me to swim faster.

not much except try not to worry so much in the water- the whole time I just wanted to get out!

really tough to run so far out of the water and up to the t1 and then jump on a bike, my legs were already spent on the forst 3-4 miles, I had to slow down and recover from the run up the hill! Really fast on the downhills, beautiful course, I was really zooming on the flats, passing guys- that's when I upped my avg speed above 18!

CONGRATS!!!!  Great race!  THat was one smokin swim out there   That's a tough, long bike course too and you hit it perfectly!  Nice job
