So, what differentiates TT - from rollers - Mtn Stage for our challenge?  

Not sure how to classify today's route, I didn't actually get into the mountains, just the foothills.

Not sure how to classify today's route, I didn't actually get into the mountains, just the foothills.

Its up to you really but I look at it like this:

TT: Race/Tri or timed distance/challenge, possibly sprint/speed work (if yu want)

Flat/Rolling: Easy ride, recovery ride, cadence ride, steady HR type ride, rolling ride 

Mountain: Hills, Strength work

As the tracking is primarily for general interest its up to you if you want to classify them differently to this fr your purposes no problem!
