Comments:

Felt so much slower than the 10K last week. Coach said it was because we ran on dirt rather than pavement.(?) Of course, the 50+ mile bike ride on Saturday may have contributed to a slower run.
What would you do differently?:

Not get sucked into a 50 mile ride the day before.

Ran about 1/2 mile easy.

Long, hard bike ride the day before.
