Subject: Finally gone bi

Bilateral, that is.

I've been a right-side breather all my life, and it's felt really awkward any time I tried to breathe on the left.  But something clicked in today's workout and I think I've got the hang of it.

Now to see if it does anything for my previously sorry swim times...

Congrats. No matter how hard I tri to breathe on the left side it just dosen't feel natural. Glad to hear other people have the same struggles I do. There is hope....

I'm a "righty" too! I've been a swimmer my whole life and still can't get the hang of breathing bilaterally!! I was very happy to know that we were passing the bouys on our right so I would still be able to see them! Ha! I'll work on it, too!
