Pre-race routine:

First-off I had 2 hours of sleep! It took me 2 hours to get to Valley View. I had an upset stomach, because of wedding and lack of sleep last night.
I had no plan of attack for this race because it was my first race of the season and I have been lagged with knee issues all season. I also, havent been training at all. So today was all feel.
Plus yesterday, I did a 45 mile ride for the first time in months

What would you do differently?:

Ride faster
Transition 2

Comments:

I think I had the slowest T2! I went to the wrong rack and just not good

Comments:

I was 2 in age group at the turn around, then 2 guy's flew past me and there was no way that was going to catch them. They beat me by 3 mins for 1 1/2 miles! I need some work on my running. But I had a little of IT issues on the turn around but I was pleased with my run

for a person with no sleep and just winging it doing under a 7 min/mile sounds pretty impressive to me..

good race... so were you invited to the wedding or have you been watching wedding crashers to much on HBO lately and just got inspired
