What would you do differently?: Be more aggressive the first few hundred yards, I stopped way too many times to navigate and let people go by, etc Transition 1
What would you do differently?: practice this more, I kept slipping and couldn't get clipped in Bike
What would you do differently?: I just need more training time on the bike...this was my favorite leg of the race! Transition 2
Run
Comments: My back felt great - surprisingly enough - What would you do differently?: I really need to work on speed. My breathing was not too great, so I just couldn't make my legs go any faster. Next time I won't drop my inhaler on the bike! Post race

Slept solidly for 8 hours the night before, had a good breakfast - blueberries and granola. I ate a banana when I got to the race site.
walking back to my car twice from T area to get my sneakers and then my bib number! I did get in the water and waded around a little and stretched - not enough time to really swim.
