I tried to use the search function but didn't get anything. I'm almost certain this has been discussed before.

Does anyone have a saddle bag that actually fits on their ISM adamo? I have two bags and both don't fit right. It's due to the lack of rails toward the back of the seat.

I have the same question.  I love my new ISM Adamo, but miss my saddlewing which doesn't fit on the saddle.

I keep the junk out my trunk to free up the rear of the saddle to use the specially designed tri-hook for racking at transition, like it was intended, and I opted for one of these to carry the bare essentials:

I've also seen bikes running two of these - one on the stem and another on the top tube/seatpost/.

I don't, but the bag has strap with a clip that is long enough to run through the top of the rails and snap. The velcro at the bottom is long enough to wrap around a carbon seatpost as well. I have a hydrotrail hooked up right now and only dynamite will get that thing off

What I was trying to figure out was, does the top strap that goes around the rails, does that strap go all away around the bag and then clip? As if it went all around the bag, it would "support" the bag more instead of just dangling (attached from top of the bag).

Not sure what you're saying..sorry.

the bag will jostle back and forth when I climp out of the saddle, I never tightened the top strap just clipped it together - it runs through both rails. The bottom of the bag is very secure with the velcro strap. I'm pretty sure the top strap can be tightened - I've just never done it as it would never be able to unclip without using your hands...

Now wait a minute, I believe the consensus over at ST is that a bento acutally adds more of an aero benefit by smoothing out the turbulence behind the stem...wind tunnel tested and approved!

That's directly from the wind tunnel folks at MIT.

You're right - I re-read some of the MIT notes; it claimed the bento box provided 30-40 seconds time savings in a 40k TT.

Anyway, it holds my tube, levers, CO2, money and cell phone, and apparently makes me faster - what's not to like?

I've installed (but have not ridden with) my Jandd MiniWedge on my Adamo:

Same minimalist bag in this article: http://www.bikesportmichigan.com/features/flatkit.shtml
