Pre-race routine:

I got there and got the bike ready and headed down to the start with a TON of other people.
Event warmup:

I love being a TANK.. people just bounce off of me...

it nice to see someone bouce off you and then you just swim right by them

maybe gett more up front..

a little slow here. but no wet suit to strip so it went a little fast.. plus i couldn't find my bike.

bring a FLAG.... there were so many bike there we went to just laying them down on the grass

Oh this sucked.. about 3 miles in to this i got the BIGGEST headache i have ever felt.. I ditched out at one lap and called it a day..

Mr massage helped me out but the motruion at home really did the job..

Bummer...wonder what brought that on???

Could it have been dehydration?  I get nasty headaches if dehydrated..it was hot/muggy last night. 

Sorry about my last post..it was late and I must of missed that...I mistakenly thought you just weren't done...sorry!
