Hi, I live near Falls Lake. Does anyone do OWS there? If so, where do you park and access the lake?

Jess, this link is for the Triangle Triathlete Club. They do OWS in Falls Lake on Wednesday nights at 6pm. If you click on the link inside the calendar date there are directions to the swim and where to park. My understanding is that you do not need to be a member. I should try to get out there as well sometime.

Congrats on the baby!! Did you have a boy or girl?

The directions on the link were confusing. I live off Falls of Neuse and was hoping there would be an entrance from there or at least close by.
