Subject: Virginia Double Ironman Training

Looking for some advise or helpful hints for my situation.

Have been training since January for IMLP and somewhat for Virginia.  Lake Placid is over so now I have to revamp and start training for Virginia which is two months away.  Do I go back two months in my Ironman training schedule and start from there while trying to increase the distances.  Do I go extremely long on everything and try to avoid any injury.  Its all new territory for me but if anyone has any suggestions I'm open to it.

Not sure, but grvfrog did that race last year...you might want to look her up. I think she's doing a triple this year.

I think Tom Madcow is doing the double you may want to check with him too.

Good luck...I hope you rest/recover enough after IMLP before ramping up for the double.
