Subject: RE: Maintaining muscle mass Ive lost quite a bit of mass with no loss in strength. This thread reminds me of my recent "you look so skinny" thread. Basically, top triathletes will not be big muscular guys. You just cant sustain all that unused muscle if you get enough tri specific training in. I have just conceded the point that I will be a skinny guy, and date girls who like skinny guys. Fact of the matter is, I am stronger than most of the bigger guys I know, I just dont look like it. |
