Pre-race routine:

It was a 6PM run so we took a cab home, changed and then walked over to the start line.

Comments:

Very humid.
Had some weird allergy attack after the race - hard to breathe, hives on wrists, neck, ears, armpits, groin and eyelids swollen. Symptoms were already al;leviating by the time we got home. Weird!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I think weight listing earlier took more of a toll than I expected. Also, having drunk more may have helped...

It was fun. I should remeber to do it every year...
