Subject: Visiting San Diego next week... Training options needed...
Hi guys,
I have to go to San Diego for work next week. I will be staying in Old Town off of San Diego Fwy. What are some nearby locations for some 5-6 mile run routes? I think I am near Mission Bay? Also, what beach locale is good for some OWS?

Friday morning at 7:00AM Nytro (Local Tri Store) hosts an OWS at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas.

You might also check with the San Diego Tri Club because they host Swims at locations farther south.

I fly out Thursday night. So anything between 2pm Monday and Thursday morning will work.

I am not from San Diego but visit there from time to time. Running out at Balboa Park, Mission Bay and last time I was there I ran around La Jolla are all great running spots. Wherever you end up should be great since the weather is unbeatable!
