  • 440 yards
  • 01m 44s / 100 yards
Comments:

I entered bad in navigation simply because there was no option for horse shit. I think that my problem was that I tried to go too fast. I ended up slower and more inefficent than if I had taken it a bit easier.
What would you do differently?:

Relax and swim within my limits for more efficiency.

Comments:

I couldn't have given it any more. My pace was even throughout, but I just don't have the speed.
What would you do differently?:

I need to reevaluate my training for next year.
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

The big one was my run training. I have had limited speed stuff this summer and I believe that my current run times are the victim.

Great race yesterday. I feel your pain about the run, it is my nemesis. You looked really strong when I saw you past the turn around, and 23+ on the bike is a great effort. Good Work!!! Good luck in the rest of you races this year.

Again, nice race yesterday.  I had really high HR's myself.  I hear you when you say that you need to do more speedwork for running...I feel that is what is limiting me as well.

Hey DB, nicely done! Your bike split was hella fast, way to keep your legs going at an even clip on the run after such a great ride!
