1 ½ cups of strawberries
1 seedless navel orange
½ cup of dark sweet cherries
5 tablespoons of vanilla yohgurt
splosh of milk (technical isn’t it)

Pretty good -sweet tasting - however the strawbs and the cherries were frozen and the rest had been in the fridge. A wonderfull start when its 1f outside!!!! Maybe in summer this would be perfect but it was too cold for me. Next time put all the ingredients in the blender and leave it in the fridge overnight – it has to be warmer!

I hear ya on the cold thing. I don't like stuff that's too cold (except for that 1 thing that you scoop out of a container, but it's always been my downfall!)

Maybe you can add some protein powder to your shake? That's a big shot of fast-acting carbs and some protein would slow down the absorption rate and keep your blood glucose levels on a more even keel.

just my unsolicited opinion
