Comments:

first time ever to transition in a race. Lost 4 places and ony caught 1 person back. Almost fell off bike after a stop for traffic.

My first multisport event ever! I really need to work on transitions. I kept too much in the tank because of being unsure about how hard I could push it. My last mile was the fastest. I lost the Bald division by only 37 seconds. So I lost it in the transitions.
