Got set up and then did a swim warm up. Actually swam the entire 250 yards in the pool.

Did very well in the swim. Estimated I would swim a 2 minute swim and was pretty close. Passed about 4 people and did not get passed at all. Last lap sucked though. There were four people right on top of each other. No possible way to pass. I was right on top of the guy in front of me.

This was pretty much an average ride for me, other than the gears. Just need to keep practicing.

Warm down:

A nice spray from the water tent and a bagel goes a long way.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I think part of it was my nerves. Other than St. Anthony's this race was aweful as far as nerves. I was a wreck. I have no idea why.
