Me too Bets.  Mine is all faded and now it has writing on it too.  I think I'm gonna frame it.  But I do need a new one for MCM!

Go TEAM TERRI!!!

You can do it Terri. Every year more and more do, so I know with prayers, faith, friends and good doctors you can be one of the many. I'm a survivor and I'll stand with you all the way.

I can't thank you enough.  I don't usually come onto the Forums pages and read any of the threads, but I happen to be looking tonight and came across the one started, what seems so long ago now, by my best friend Q.

I had no idea how many posts there were from this amazing BT family.  Support from people I don't know and will probably never meet, but had touched and affected me (and Pete; Klondike) with your love and never ending prayers.  I am sure that is why I am doing so well.

Please keep checking in with me as I blog my latest updates on my progress.  Lately very positive!  Even though I don't write back to many of you, your inspires are so warming and often bring me to tears.  I will make you all proud, I promise.

Love,

~Terri

Terri, you make us proud every day.  Don't you forget that!

And your tenacity and positive spirit and love for Pete (and his for you) are gifts you share with us.  Thank you.

Look at that!  Terri posted in the forums!!

By the way, the Trixinator started this thread, not me.  Credit where credit is due!

I will have you on my mind this weekend at Miami Man.  And though I didn't have a chance to make a new Team Terri shirt yet, you're always in my heart when I race.  You are more than my best friend, you're my soul-sister...so by default, you're always with me.

Have fun with the burger night tonight!!

She's doing great!  She never posts in the forums so I figure I might as well give an update and maybe she'll pop by soon to give details...

She walked the MCM 10K!  What an awesome job!
She's back to work.
She's been doing physical therapy (sessions are over now) and has responded well to them!
Tumor marker tests are showing a lower number every time.

Things are looking up!

Hi Terri,
I am new to this site...thinking of taking on a triathlon...but really scared of the swimming part. I am a 26 year cancer survivor and want to wish the best to bunnyrunner...my thoughts and prayers are going out to her and hope that a quick and speedy recovery are in the works. I was probably about bunnyrunners age when I was diagnosed with cancer and as scarry as it may be and disruptive to our lives...trust in God and stay positive...because I truly believe that a positive mind will help you get thru this...GOOD LUCK...I will keep her in my prayers and thoughts.
Take Care

Thank you all so much for keeping the good juju coming my way. I have no doubts that your prayers have helped me in my recovery (physically and spiritually).

A special thanks to Trixie for starting this thread of prayer, and to Jeff (Q) for keeping the updates current...he is my angel.

I hope to be back here soon posting good news as I am expecting to get results this week that my tumor markers have fallen within limits to say I am in remission (cross fingers). Slowly, I am adding races to my schedule as I prepare to take on The Mouse in January!

God bless you all and Merry Christmas!

Finally came in and saw this - YOU RAWK!!!!  After attending our Aunt's memorial due to her succumbing to a long battle with cancer, this makes me much happier to find out that you have beaten "it"!  It's GREAT to hear the wonderful news!  YOU are incredible!
