WHO'S IN FOR THE CRIM??

Im in, +5 before or after. So yeah, ill be taking it easy.. heh, as if I could run any other way

I'm going, but not running.

kellc09- we will be doing the 5k as well, i think. if not, i'll join you for the additional 5 as long as it's after, i kinda want to race the race....maybe.

I'm in and it's my first 10-miler...

LOL, this thing is only a few miles away from where I live...but I am not in. I will be up in Ludington. Have fun and tell me how you did.

Did you decide on the 10 miler and 5k Trix?? So far Im not sure if we'll be doing the extra 5 miler before or after the race. Probably depends on what time we get there. If I remember from last year, we'll have a good walk to the start anyways so there will be a good mile w/u right there to run

Rick - you need to stick to tris man. Out at the Blue Water I had a nice cool swim to start, nice breeze on the bike, and just started getting really heated up only on the run. I guess the 10,000 people at the Crim may have also added to the steam factor. I read all y'alls race reports and it looked like a pretty good day for all involved.
