I don't have any advice but keep me posted on your progress as I have the same vice!

This random quote pops up every so often on BT: "Without ice cream, there would be darkness and chaos." - Don Kardong, 1976 US Olympic Marathoner.

I eat those little fat-free Jello puddings. I will throw peanuts into them sometimes. But after a while I get angry at the pudding and I must have ice cream.

Frozen pudding pops - 90 calories, no fat, made with skim milk.  I love them (but not as much as chocolate ice cream with peanutbutter or vanilla softserve with rainbow sprinkles).  But the pudding pops are good and I can *actually* keep them in my freezer as compared to regular ice cream.

i too am an ice cream freak. the skinny cow sandwiches are good - even better if you let them melt a litle bit and roll them in a tub of sprinkles. yum yum... i completely understand your love affair with ice cream - it would be my food of choice on a deserted island. if there's a costco near you they have them in bulk which is a lot less $$$ to spend, but a lot more temptation to resist...
