Got there early enough more or less hung out. Racked off to the side.
Event warmup:

I decided my strategy was to start off far right with the faster swimmers and assumed they would take off but the rest of the pack would be at or behind me which is exactly what happened. 50yd of bodies and then pretty clear and easy with the exception of the sightseeing going on at the buoy.

The bike leg sucked I couldn't get going at all. As soon as I started riding I cramped up and felt like I was going to throw up. This persisted until the 3/4 mark of lap 2. My HR was out of control the entire time and I just melted down.

I had to pass old guy on the right while passing another on the left because extremely slow old guy in the aero position needed to block me by riding on the yellow line... slowly.
What would you do differently?:

Anything. I would have made myself throw up and just gotten it over with so I could have gotten it done.

Warm down:

Looked at my watch and apparently I hit the lap counter as I was way off on my time. Was surprised that I actually managed to get slower. The guy at the timing table just looked at me like I was completely wasting his time for being in his presence. No need to warm down when you are this slow. I put on my jacket.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My ability to get out of my own way and my horrible bike leg. Someday when I learn to run this will get better.
