this was a good transition. First time with wetsuit, had an easier time with getting suit off than anticipated

Large transition area-need some work with getting gear on and moving through transition

What would you do differently?:

Need to work to get my MPH to 20- This is the first ride on the new bike and it was great. I need to still make some adjustments to get in a better AERO position for the whole ride
Transition 2

What would you do differently?:

Forgot to untie running shoes-I need to get elastic shoe strings
This was a good transition

I need to improve my pace to 8:30 for the next year
Post race
Warm down:

No warm down

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Engine-this was a huge improvement over my first race, I still need to get faster at the run and bike. I moved from the BOP to the MOP+. This was a fun race even after the fears of the lake and the water temperature.
