Yeah, well with them beating themselves up so bad, it kind of seemed pointless to add to it. 

In regards to your dizziness, a woman I work with has what you have (at least I think it's the same thing). And, she recently started therapy for it. She was significantly better after one therapy session. Well, one real session...the diagnostic therapy session(s) was(were) really bad.

Also, in talking to her a lot, people have found that a combination of low dosages of valium and Mucinex work well to help with the crystal situation.

Please note that I am only offering this advice based on what my co-worker has said. She didn't do the valium / Mucinex thing, but the wife of another co-worker of ours did that and it helped her.

Hey...I'm all for Valium, low dose or not. The doc didn't give me any drugs, because I seem to be coping with the dizziness pretty well.
