Subject: HIM in 3 Weeks and Feeling Really Tired I'm in my last week of peak volume before my HIM in 2 1/2 weeks. I'll start my taper on Monday but I find myself really struggling through my workouts this week.
I'm wondering how others have felt 3 weeks out from their race as they were at peak volume? My cardio is fine, but my legs just feel like rubber on the bike and run. Is this just part of the high volume training and will the taper bring me back to life before the race? |
