Never felt great all day yesterday. SHowed up later than I would like and never got in a routine. The wind beat me up bad, exposed my weakness of not training with enough distance.
What would you do differently?:

Need to do hill repeats and some long rides. People with more endurance were able to recover from the strong headwind and make up lost time on the way back. I was back and forth between 13 and 14 on the back, 14 too easy, 13 too hard.
