Subject: Taking the plunge!!
Ok. I'm going to do it. I'm signing up for IM MOO 2008.

I've done 4 halfs, multiple olympic, and a few sprint...

I decided that in order to be trained, I would like to have an online coach... any suggestions?

I have enjoyed working with my coach this year. This is my first year doing tri's and have done 2 sprints and HIM...my IM is less then 6 weeks away. I feel that my coach adaquately prepared me for the IM distance race (although since I haven't completed it yet I suppose I can't say that, how about I say I feel ready for it, I think that is half the battle).
