Stayed over my Folk's place. Woke up at 5, Got to the course by 5:30. Signed in set up transition and basically dawdelled around until we kicked off.

What would you do differently?:

Do some more open water training and actually train more for the swim than I did.

I was pretty wrecked after the swim. Took ages for me to get my breathing right and the salt outta my mouth. I felt TERRIBLE to be honest.

Learn how to gear change, Clip in clip out... You name it I wanna do it!
