Comments: Average HR was 5 lower than last year for the same finish time. What would you do differently?: Do a few intervals trainings the weeks before the race to get used to running fast and hard again. But this was not the objective of my training at the moment, so that is just if t I want to go faster next time. Post race
Warm down: none What limited your ability to perform faster: Didn't do any interval trainings the last 3 months Event comments: Again, as last year at one of the turns there where no marks on the road and no volunteer to direct participants the right way (last year I missed this turn!). 200m before the turn they have an aid station ... seems a no-brainer to me...
