moooooooooo 127 days!!!!!!!!

 so hows it going? im startin to kick up the training a notch now that the weather is getting nicer and im having a blast! every once in a while il have a tough workout or 2 and the first 5 minutes of most runs suck but other than that im really enjoying alot of the time out training. im trying to do some workouts with other people to keep myself sane but still do plenty by myself to get good quality workouts where i can push myself. one more week of exams til im done with school for the semester and then its really go time enough about me, your turn!

Doing Wildflower tomorrow morning...(1/2 IM)...Nice IMW prep!

awesome! im jealous, have a blast!! ive definitely got the racing bug, now i just need some races to do freakin midwest racing doesnt start til about june...im going crazy up here!! 

I just peaked on my ramp up last weekend for IM Lanzarote (5/24) so I did a 128 mile hilly bike ride (8500' elevation) last Saturday followed by the Big Sur Marathon on Sunday; that was a really fun weekend.  I'm into my taper so this weekend I've only got a 112 mile ride with 8550' elevation!

Okay, that's all really for Lanzarote although some of it better carry over to IM Moo.  Specific to IM Moo, I'm hoping to do the Door County tri (1/2) in July as a tune up race for IM Moo and then  getting down to Madison to ride the course.

And there will be a few us there to support you somehow, little Donk!  Keep working hard!  EEEEAAAWWW!!!

Wish I could be there...The ocean is 67 degrees, so it might be warmer here than in Lake "M".  I guess I will just  have to suffer with the San Diego Weather...

Jim...another nice race at Buffalo...my parents used to own a cabin north of buffalo.  Looks like a well run event.  did Natasha B. race that last year?

Thanks. No, NB hasn't come back since she won in 2006. Chris Legh made it his 3rd year in a row - very cool to see him prep prior to the race.

hey.. when do I need to show up into town for IM Moo.. i didn't get a hotel yet.. prolly going ot suck finding one huh..  what day should I be in town.. the schedule looks like it starts on the 5th.. but then its says

"
**NOTE: There is NO race-day registration / packet pickup. You MUST register and pick up you packet on the specified days. Please plan your arrival to the area accordingly." 

so what freaking day is that?  Anyone know? 

You have to register on the Friday before (the 5th, I think) by 4pm. Atleast, thats how it was last year.
