I was watching the 06 IM Championships on youtube and saw that as they exited the water they ran though some hoses to rinse them selves off before the bike. Would they have something like that at a sprint or I am going to have to bring something to rinse my feet off?
Also, I don't have clipless pedals so I will be doing the bike leg in my running shoes. Would anyone recommend running without socks or does somebody out there have experience that says otherwise?

Some of the sprints I've done coming off of a beach have had you run through a series of wading pools to wash the sand off your feet. But not all, so check with the race director if this is a concern of yours. IMHO tubs of water in transition should be outlawed as more often than not they get spilled or in someone's way. A water bottle and a small towel should be sufficient.

I run without socks in sprints without a problem, but I'd try it in training first.

You won't have a hose to run through at a sprint.  Some people use a small (small) basin.  I just use a water bottle at T1 and quickly spray the sand off my feet.

Re: socks - depends on you.  I can do 3 miles without socks.  Over that I get blisters.  Others can got half marathons sockless.  Whatever you do, make sure you practice it before race day!

My wife has had repeated issues with blisters betw her toes on the run and, since then, we've both been careful about A) clearing out any sand there and B) drying at least a bit. Water bottle hasn't been as efficient an approach to "A" as a small basin has been. I've found a 15"Lx6"Wx2"D kitchen drawer organizer-insert that works okay as an alternative to a larger basin...fits in my transition bag and if knocked over, it isn't a whole lot of water to flood the area...
