wooooooooo running hurts!! i like swimming and biking first so i dont have to run so fast to try and beat people lol. happy with my results today though. kept a good pace throughout and then had a good kick for the last mile. nice to see all the support for childrens. we appreciate it and so do the kids!!!!
What would you do differently?:

do more running in training!

I'm partial to Leinie's Summer Shandy and Honey Weiss myself or a Corona with a lime insert.  Now with Winter coming, I have to hit the heavier black and tans or bocks.
