Finge Lakes Sprint Tri.  Last race, my benchmark race to see if I've improved at all.

Kokopelli - St. George, Utah Olympic. I did this exact course back in June (Utah Summer Games). It will be cool to see an improvement on my time.
Good Luck to everyone! Happy racing!!

This tri-virgin is getting deflowered at the Long Beach Sprint on Sunday. I'm super nervous but excited. Hoping my shins cooperate so I can run most to all of the run. Would hate to walk my first...

I'm racing the IronGirl duathlon in Bloomington, MN, this Sunday.  It was my first multisport event ever (last year) and so I'm looking forward to crushing my time from last year.  I can do that just in transition time alone.  What was I doing for over 3 minutes in T2 at a du???  Geesh.  I'm really excited.

I'm also doing the Finger Lakes Oly on Sunday. It's my first tri in 3 months. Should be interesting.  The goal is to keep my time less than 2x that of rstocks3.

Haha, I'm right there with ya as far as Bob goes...I hope to be off the bike by the time he's finishing up. I'm well aware he's going to smoke me on the swim and bike...but maybe, just maybe I can have a faster run split on the day or one of my transitions will be faster, although the way things have been going in T1 that's doubtful.

Good luck.

That was my first race ever last year.  I thought about doing it again but opted for the HIM on my 1 yr anniversary.

SSMinnow - 2007-09-18 11:13 AM Fox Cities half marathon. One of my favorite little races.

Same (at least the race part), never ran before, but looking forward to it. Weather looks to be fantastic!

I'll be back with the nine minute milers wearing a "Thermasys" baseball hat. Name's Jeff.

Hope to meet you. If not, have a good race.

I will be lining up at the 8 min pace, but I will look for you before the race. Given the reverse start it will be a lot easier to see people. Look for the shortest brunette, mid-40s and that will be me.  Good luck. Suzy
