wurkit_gurl - 2007-12-11 9:45 AM Awright BT-ches, who's in for the Cherry Blossom 10-Miler? Registration opened this morning at 8 am. I'm in. Leaf is in. Others? (Hey, then we could start a new thread...)

I think....

turtle
shelly
bill (?)
jody (?)
jlough
slakey

I think their registration site is overloaded....

I registered at exactly 8 this morning and it was running a bit slow. I'd imagine it's crammed - I hear it fills up fast; and they allow a max of 12,000 registrants.

we should do a team challenge once we see who gets in. That would be fun.

Oh yeah - I also was thinking that the kinetic sprint may be a fun team opportunity since lots are doing that race too...

GFY (forgot on first post)

I would consider the Kinetic Sprint except that I don't do freezing cold water...and last year, I heard it was 56. <shudder>

It was 53 for the half last year, 56 for the sprint the next day. That was abnormal, supposedly..

Its really not that bad. Just like you are being slapped across the face repeatedly

They should move the swim next to the reactor, then you wouldn't even need a wetsuit. GFY
