Half a packet of plain oatmeal, bite of banana, sip of coffee.

Comments:

Ran conservatively (as a training run). Didn't notice the elevation much until running the hill-- then I definitely noticed the lack of air.

Note that age group and overall rankings only include female runners.
What would you do differently?:

More hill training/elevation training if I wanted to win my age group.

Warm down:

None. Massage, gatorade.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Insufficient milage (11 miles two weeks prior) and no elevation training.

Event comments:

Very friendly volunteers, not enough water stations, great post-race food (pancakes!), good shirts and finisher medals.
