Good morning all!!

Planning a 20 mile bike tonight after work, didn't get up in time to run this morning, maybe I'll throw that in at lunch.

Hope everyone has a super day!!

Good Morning,

Shooting for a 5k after work. Rested yesterday so it should be a good run.

Finished my second twenty minute run, covered just over 4km in :21. Pace was pretty consistent throughout, although my split was slightly positive when at the turn around I turned into the wind.

I'm going to do my first post-marathon work-out today! yippee!

Probably will swim somewhere around 3000 yds. After a week a way from the pool, it will be interesting to see how the body responds.

swimming and yoga for me. Both will have to be gentle and careful because I'm still worried about my shoulder. Gripe, gripe, whine, whine....

I guess I'll jump in here. I plan to start weight training this evening. No real weight just light stuff to get the old parts moving in the right direction. I'll work on real weight later (couple weeks).

Enjoy the day and whatever activity you choose.

Morning All:

It's Brick Day; a short one though.  30 minutes in the stationary at the gym, followed by a 10 minutes run and 20 minutes of walking on the indoor track.  It rained all night and is supposed to rain most of the day here in Phoenix. :-(  Shouldn't complain, we really need the rain, and it happens here so rarely - supposed to clear up and be a beautiful weekend with temps in the low to mid 70s. :-)

Wow, glad to see so many people already got their workouts in! I am definitely not a morning person.. I'm planning on going to the gym after work- swimming somewhere between 800-1700 yds (depending on how I feel), and then doing an upper/lower body circuit.

Awwwww, heck. I'm changing my plan. I just did my yoga and there's no way I can swim tonight. My shoulder was not having it. So I'm going to do a step class instead. I'll have fun, won't hurt my shoulder, and will at least do some cardio endurance base-building. I might as well do some abs work while I'm at it.

Brick today. Hour on the trainer and then a 20 or 30 minute run, depending on how I feel. I also need to hit the weight room (upper body).

5 miles at lunch in the drizzle and the fog. Almost got spattered by goose-poop in the process! Had about 1500 of them fly over me on a couple of occasions. Talk about a nervous run!
