Comments:

It was a fun one, although I went out too fast (again) at the beginning. I felt really good but the last 3 miles were killer as my splits can attest to. I was only passed by one person the whole race--I had passed him 5 miles earlier. We know each other so he was supportive and ran with me a bit until the last 1/2 mile. That was a tough break but conservation of energy would take care of that. Great race, great crowd.
What would you do differently?:

I would slow down! my first 5 miles were too quick. I need to average my speed out so I can run longer.
