Comments: Good run, I worked fairly hard. Had a sore throat and was watching fatige due to perhaps being a bit under the weather. I focused and kept a steady pace. What would you do differently?: Run faster downhill. Post race
Warm down: Had some food, streched a little and then walked to the Subway to go back home. Could have used a T-shirt but I didn't have one. What limited your ability to perform faster: This run was on target Event comments: This again is an excellent race put up by NYRR, it's great to be able to run this before the marathon and to be supported on the course. I ran to the start from home, around 3M, I had to get in a +20M run per my plan
