Ate a bagel with almond butter and drank water. Packed water bottle and gel with belt.

It's a great race with an easy course to follow. However, they do run a 5k and 10k at the same time, so be sure that you try and do the course before hand so that you know where to go for sure.

Performance:
I ran 13 and 2s. This worked really well. I actually enjoyed this run and would definitely do it again. It was fabulous!
Course: Very flat course on the trails of St.Albert. It is a double loop course, but it very easy to run because of the scenic river valley and wonderful volunteers.
