Pre-race routine:

Up around 515. Had a cup of coffee, two raisin bagels with PB, got dressed and packed and out the door around 630.
Event warmup:

After setting up transition, took the bike out for the first loop of the course (about 5miles). Then some stretching and short run (1/2 mile).

Comments:

It was kind of weird starting with a run instead of a swim. I was in the second wave and lead from the beginning. Caught 3 or 4 people from the first wave. The course was all trail with the exception of the parking lot where transition was located.
What would you do differently?:

Could have pushed it a little harder i think.
