Not a bad run, but not my best. The wind was a killer coming back.
What would you do differently?:

Maybe push a little harder overall.

Warm down:

Walked a little, got a drink of water. Waited fro Brian and Brynn to finish.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Weather, cold and windy. A little congestion at the start, had to fight a little traffic.

Event comments:

A pretty decent day overall. The weather sucked but oh well. Will probably try to run the 15K next year.
