fastest run I've put together to date. I thought I could go fast, and I did. PR by far. Only missed 3rd by a minute and a half. Also, was 46th male overall out of 209.

Warm down:

walked the course in reverse looking for friends and kids.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not much, tonight.

Event comments:

This really a lot of fun and having all the great food, not to mention beer, afterwards is awesome.

Awesome job! Congrats on a PR! That is definitely a must do event and the kids activities were awesome as well as the food.

Great Job, db!  Nice pace!  I think it was the warm up with the 6 year olds that got you off to a great start.  (and knowing that beer and great food were at the finish line!)  My kids are already planning for next year.
