Usual - bathroom, package pick up.

Event warmup:

Stretching, 5 min run, 5 pick ups.

Comments:

Good run for me. Start was shaky due to lots of slow runners starting at front, yapping 3 across, lots of kids, walkers, etc. First mile was 8:30 which is faster than my training times. Next mile was about 8. I don't know if their splits were correct. Sharon's Garmin showed 3.3 miles.

What would you do differently?:

Start closer to front.

Walk around, drink water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training.

Event comments:

Did much better than expected. Third place runner had same time as me. I don't know if they based results on timing chip becuase there was no one else my age around me when finishing.

Course:	Evergreen cemetery. Started in cemetery, ran about 1 mile inside, than out to main road to turn around. Very quiet area which you would expect in a cemetery. Beautiful trees over road.
