Brittany,  first THANK YOU for your service.  It takes a special person to do what you do, so thanks.

Second if you get this before you get home, hurry home the promised land awaits.  And if you are already here

Welcom home. A huge Thank You to both you and your family for the sacrifices you have made and the hardships that you have endured.

My son is an Army Lt who will be leaving for Iraq in December. It will be a long year for me. Lots of swimming, biking and running to get me through.

HI BT!! I'M HOME! We got in at about 4:15 PM yesterday!! Thanks SO MUCH for your support, coming back to the notes and all was awesome! Now, I can't wait to meet so many of you!! If you're coming through Killeen drop me a note.

What have I done in the 24 hours or so I've been home:
- Hugged family/friend/dog and had a great night sleep and LONG shower
- Traveled to Austin to get fitted for and buy new running shoes (DONE)
- SIGNED UP FOR LONESTAR 2008--first Tri I'm signed up for (may do one prior to it, but it got my registration first!!)

See y'all around (and I really might now!) Thanks all!!

You're thanking us?! You're welcome but believe me when I say sitting here in my office chair typing away and coming home to nap on my fluffy bed after training is easy compared to your dedication to the service...

THANK YOU! Welcome home...

There is no greater honor than to serve.....

Welcome back! Sounds like you are already off to a great start, since you've committed to a race

I really hope you enjoy the BT hospitality in person, if you travel the U.S. for races.
