Extreme Veteran 494 Horse Country | Subject: Mickey Mouse Weigh-In, Week 8 (10/29) Hmm... Max hasn't posted yet... hope all is well with him. I suppose he's still recovering from that 10k he ran this weekend (great job, btw!) So, I'll pitch in and start the thread, since I've got something to report... Last week: 193.0lb / 22% BF This week: 190.0lb / 22% BF 3lb net drop!!! Yaay! I had a couple days as low as 188.5, but for some reason Mondays seem to be "heavy" days for me... Y'all go ahead and post up, and Max can catch up with us when he's able... |

Champion 8903 | Subject: RE: Mickey Mouse Weigh-In, Week 8 (10/29) Yeah! You guys are doing awesome! I hope for the best for me tomorrow, but after running yesterday and then loading up on fluids after the race, it's probably thrown my whole system for a loop. We'll see in the morning!

Member 41 Cincinnati, OH | Subject: RE: Mickey Mouse Weigh-In, Week 8 (10/29) I went away for a while, got out of my routine, and only lost 1 in the last 2 week. Oh well. Forward progress. I bought a new pair of running shoes that seem to be working well. I have to pull off 2 consecutive 10 pound months to be in the running for meeting my goal. If I kick it up a little, I could be still be sub 200 by Jan 1. I guess we will know how serious I am next Monday. |

Champion 8903 | Subject: RE: Mickey Mouse Weigh-In, Week 8 (10/29) I'm up less than a pound, but am OK with it because of the extra hydration after the race. I totaled up my fluid intake on Sunday afternoon after running the10-K and between noontime and 11:00 PM, I drank just shy of a gallon of fluids! 181.8 for me...looking forward to finally dropping into the 170's...I need to get some focus!

Extreme Veteran 494 Horse Country | Subject: RE: Mickey Mouse Weigh-In, Week 8 (10/29) Cool! I just did some math on Max's chart. Looking at the latest results from people who reported on 10/22 or 10/29 (and discounting anyone who hasn't reported since before 10/22), we've lost a cumulative total of 325.2 lb in 7-8 weeks, and have only 262.7lb to go to reach goal!! |

Veteran 120 | Subject: RE: Mickey Mouse Weigh-In, Week 8 (10/29) OK guys, time for a pep talk. With the exception of Max, reefteach, BGtwindad, and PT Cruzer, not a lot of us have lost a lot of tangible weight. I could probably drink 40 oz of water right now and be at my starting weight of 205. Its not gonna get any easier for us as the holidays approach. I say this going into a travel weekend where I will attend a wedding reception with old college drinking buddies. But still, I am gonna make every effort to not weigh in at 202 on Monday AM. I just weighed myself at work, 202.4 fully clothed, pockets full, shoes, lab coat, etc. Empty stomach. I'm probably going to do another sprint tri on 12-8-07 so every # I drop is just time off my finish! Lets hit it guys! Edited by file014 2007-11-02 8:54 AM |
