Pre-race routine:

The drive to florida after working a full day then getting less than 4 hours of sleep had an effect on my running portion. I fought through the lack of rest and made it a great race but the effort, focus, and drive was about 433mile away. Made it less of a race weekend and more of a vacation weekend meeting up with old friends.
Event warmup:

Awoke at 5:45, left at 6am arrived at 6:30 to warm up, get packet and location in transition area.
